Luigi Mangione, 26, who is a suspect in the murder of Brian Thompson, screamed: “This is completely out of touch and an insult to the intelligence of the American people” as he was led by police into a courthouse. He fought his extradition to New York to face murder charges in a hearing at Blair county courthouse in Pennsylvania. He remained in custody after the hearing.
